Appeal decision just came out and the NY Appeals Court tossed the $355M (now over $520M with interest) fine out the window.  Said it violated the 8th amendment, which of course it did.  Trump now gets back his $175M bond that he posted for the appeal process.  Huge rebuke of James and the hack judge that issued this.  And this from the NY Court of Appeals, not exactly a right wing court.  

Given the allegations of mortgage fraud with James she is probably relieved.

Here's one I did not expect.  Apparently Bolton was the subject of a grand jury for leaking classified information and the whole thing was illegally shut down by the auto-pen admin.  Now it's back on and the FBI raided Bolton's home this morning at 0700.  As FBI Director Patel stated in his X post, no one is above the law.  We've been hearing that since 2016.

Not the whole story.....two judges said there should be a new trial and one said it should have never happened and should be dismissed entirely.  This from a left leaning court.  The whole thing and the Stormy Daniels case will both be overturned on appeal but the big win was the elimination of the fine.  The other stuff is already moot since 3 years have already passed.

The point of the fine was to attempt to price him out of appeals.  They just didnt expect him to quickly come up with enough cash to appeal it.

Say its not so.  AutoPen admin shut down another investigation into someone on their side?  Like what I recently saw in the news about "shut it down" regarding the Clinton Foundation/Hillary email server? 

So the White house under Autopen and his wingman DOJ was in cahoots with stopping investigations into these criminals as well as creating out of thin air the lawfare against Trump? 

I just can not bring myself to believe that a demonrat administration would go so low.  /sarcasm off
