hate to hear that. It is a great "lakelooking" spot. based on your experience, I would not go back.
We were there 2 weeks ago on a Saturday night. The crowd was pretty large, three of us. All order prepared well, on time and good service. Luck of the draw I suppose, but I will return UNTIL I get your experience.
