The owner of that little parcel of land it a NUT- Don't mess with him. He 1st put up the tacky metal fence post, but no fence. He then built those tacky little corners with dog ear fence boards.He collects lease royalties from the sign company that erected the billboard. When no one signed up for the billboard he made his own magic marker sign advertising, " lease this sign". He also strung dollar store lights to try and gain attention when that is what the huge billboard is for. The bit about the $48,000 paid by Trillium for part time security may be a dig against a candidate that ran for county commissioner as the candidate is in the security business.

I stand to be corrected but I think he is the same guy that was caught 3 or 4 years ago dumping and polluting in the creek that runs under Prospect Cut Off Road to the lake. This is the road from Hwy 63 toward Trillium. It may have been this security company that busted him.
