I just wanted to give a thumbs up to Chris and Lake Martin Services. About half the middle of last month we came down to find a broken water valve and our downstairs flooded. Insurance covered the loss but Chris and Lake Martin Services worked very hard replacing Carpet painting and repairing walls so we could be in good shape to start the summer this weekend.

Everyone knows how hard it is to coordinate repairs long distance but Chris took care of this and did an excellent job. I do not have any financial interest in Lake Martin Services other than wanting to see a local business succeed down here.
