Do you know how to do any of the work yourself?
If so, what about getting some of the day-workers and you supervise?

Another option is find a fraternity on campus who has someone who has worked in the field and hire them out. To make it even better, if you belonged to a fraternity, see if a chapter exists on campus. They usually do great work.

I mention this based on your stmt of letting the finances recover. The above options are possible if you want the work done sooner. The options, of course, depend on finding competent people to do the job.
