Well, with the recent decision of the Court, we all do not really own our land like we thought. If our County powers that be, decide that say, Pleasure Point trailer park, is "blighted" and that a new developer will bring in new jobs and a nicer marina, then the owners will be forced to sell to the County so they can sell it to a new owner who do a "better" job.

This has happened in Conn. and it usually happens to the poorest of the people and the land ends up in the hands of the well connected developers. It does not matter if the old owner is giving the residents a break and not evicting them or not raising the prices to what a new marina can charge.

What do Ya'll think?
