are nothing usual, maybe even lower than some areas.

Was in South Georgia recently. Visited some friends on Twin Lakes, south of Valdosta, very near the Florida line. Shore line property is currently selling for about $3,000 per running foot. One hundred feet of shoreline will cost you about $300,000. You could put Twin Lakes in any number of our big slues. Moreover, the lake has lots of gators but good bass fishing. (But not for me. Me and fish never seem to meet. Recently went to the fish market, you got it, out of fish.).

They are seeing a lot of folks from south Florida moving north to avoid hurricanes and congestion. And these are folks with a huge bulge on their left hip. How long before (if not already) this trend will affect Martin?

Wondered if others know of prices on other lakes?
