Jim,

I respect your POV, hence I do choose not to run with the big boys, as you say, during high traffic periods. I am not going to fight where I can not win. That being said, I should be able to go out in my little 19 footer since the lake belongs to all of us. Just because a boat is bigger and stronger does not mean that you should not be respectful of vehicles that are smaller. Where does it say that because you can throw out a big wake that you should. There is no difference in that versus a child coming in a cove on a PWC and being inconsiderate, as well. If I had a big boat and I saw a smaller boat approaching, I would slow down. Just like would slow down my 19 footer to respect the PWC.
