I don't know about the development that caused this bill to come about. But in Stillwaters there at Sunset Point there is a new building going up with a lot of condos that start in the 400's. They are GA developers and from what I understand all of the condos are presold to Georgians.
I don't have a problem with GA people coming here, so please don't misinterpret my post. ( I stay out of arguments on here, but just thought I would throw this in since I knew of an instance)
