Speed limits are very hard to enforce. RADAR guns work on the reflected image of the subject. See stealth bombers. A motorcycle cannot be detected until it is 1/16 mile away. Why do you think police hade behind bushes?
A sleek speed boat might also rquire to be within 330 feet to acquire the target. It would require an airplane and known distances with a stop watch.
Most tournament bass boats have 225hp. with some going to the new 300hp. These should push 80mph.
