The water IS NOT coming up to full pool this year. A lot of boats will be injured but few people, just like every other drought year we have had. Unless of course you drive one of the offshore boats at 50+ mph, then somebody may get hurt, but it is nobodies fault but their own. The marinas will be busy replacing lower units and props this year for sure.

APCO wants water as bad as we do. But for them it is about revenue to you it is about your entertainment. And frankly, APCO couldn't care less about our enjoyment.

Minimum downstream flows will never be altered. It is not only an economic but an environmental issue. The lakes that were raised early were not done by altering the minimum flows, but holding more back earlier while still maintaining downstream water.
