Is thier a plan??? If their is is it public knowledge. Such as no water released passed 50 ft draw drown. Water trucks deliver water to cities that need it. I know I sound like the sky is falling, But it has fallin before and it will fall again. Ask New Orleans. What about the timber industy the heck with water for a barge. Can the pine trees take another year like the past?? Fallback re-evaluate the whole picture. If it is a three year drought would we be doing what we are doing now with water???? Washing cars watering lawns 15 minute showers?
