The MP will never allow everybody that wants a no wake bouy to have one. If they did, the lake would be full of bouys and no room for boats. If you having problems, video it. Then seek LEGAL recourse. IF you have sustained damage, the owner/operator of the vessel that did it is ABSOLUTELY responsible. The operator is ALWAYS responsible what his/her wake does. If it is a neighbor that is causing the problem, the BEST way to handle it is with POLITE conversation.

But with that being said, if you are in a high traffic area, it is also your responsibillity to secure your watercraft in such a way as to avoid damage. You can not have a place on the lake and expect no waves. Waves are inherint to water. Take responsibillity for your own toys.
