We are VERY lucky at lake Martin. Our watershed is "Relatively" very large compared to Hartwell and Lanier. We also do not have the downstream pressure that those lakes do...we will likely always be in better shape than either lake. We need the FERC to allow higher winter water levels and we will be in even better shape...LM will emerge an even greater retirement destination in years to come...better water, low taxes, warm weather, etc...glad I already have my piece...better get yours while its on sale...
