Hound, is that Trish Ogburn you are talking about? If so, we would also work with her. We bought a house in which she installed bamboo shades in when it was first built. I called her for assistance when some of the blinds were damaged in the hail storm. We needed to know for insurance if they could be repaired or had to be replaced. She was fantastic - very nice and helpful.
