Well I became a BGE owner this weekend. Second cooking was 2 filets from Catherines. Two and a half minutes both sides,two and a half minutes while temperature dropped. Five minutes of resting time and they were a perfect medium rare. Oh yea, it takes five and and half mintues for the charcoal to be ready. I may not be a true believer yet, but it will not take long if the grill performs this way every time we cook.
