I've read in several blogs that Lanier residents think it's a good ruling too. They view Atlanta as taking their water.

It's good to see that some people in high-up places understand the real problem is Atlanta's comsumption. Consumption is something that can be controlled. Supply can't be controlled when there are limited resources.

When supply is plentiful no one seems to care about restricting comsumption. Because of growth of Atlanta and recent droughts, it's time for Atlanta to start "paying the piper". There are many large cities throughout the world built in much dryer places than central Georgia. They'll figure something out.
