a friend of mine had these the other night for the game and they were so good. he took mozarella sticks wrapped the whole cheese stick with bacon, leave the two ends unwrapped and fried them about 4 minutes or until bacon is brown or crisp, serve with ranch dressing or mustard. simple enough.
