I'm with the other guy..mostly not..It's a difficult lake to fish unless you've spent considerable time fishing it...however, I'd rather be wetting a line..than not..

If you want to have some fun, during the day, catch some small bream up in the slews in the shallow water (use live worms). Go out about 4-5 am and hook those bream up and put them down about 20-30 feet and use a slip bobber big enough to stay afloat. Drift across the open channel areas around Pleasure Point or Kowligia...anywhere actually.. from 40-90 feet deep. You should hook up with some strippers. I did this two years ago for about four night straight over Memorial Day and hooked up with about 15 strippers...one went 32 lbs...so bring the right tackle....It seemed like we consistenly got our fish around 5-7...Call it quits about 8 am..

I'll be there this year from Saturday, the 28th thru the following Sunday, 5th...so, if you see a Chaparel deck boat or a Bass Tracker rigged up as such...stop and say hello...
