I'd like to find a ramp that is close to where the lake transitions into the river.

Being new to Martin, I'm not familiar with what ramps go out of service when the water is down. For that matter, I'm not really familiar with what the normal water level is. There have been several lakes in Georgia that had all of the ramps closed (Carters last year and Hartwell this year) because of the drought. I appreciate you guys taking the time to respond.
