What's going on here? good question.
-I thinnk we can find the answer in the reporting from his recent trip to China. The Chinese told him they didn't want a binding agreement coming out of Copenhagan, and it seems that since then, the prez doesn't want one either. ....hmmmm, so now who's teh only super power?
