I am sure you believe that. But the facts do not support it. How long do you expect you have to wait until he delivers on what he claimed he will accomplish. You know everything so far he has said has not worked or even been close to his claims.
So how much rope will you keep giving him before he loses your loyalty?
$800 billion stimulus was to prevent unemployment going over 8%, now he wants another $300 billion to create jobs. If $800 was not enough, why is $300 more the ticket this time? And why are we to believe he knows the answer now when he didn't before. And add to that, why would anyone believe what he is saying about healthcare either.
There are so many examples of this ... what has worked? TARP did, and so far the government profited $16 billion from TARP, but that was done by the Bush administration.
How can you say tax cuts do not work and work quickly. Look at history. What Regan accomplished after we suffered through the Carter years. Look at what Bush accomplished after the tech bubble and the Clinton recession and then 9/11.
While job losses are slowing, we are at the highest unemployment in over 30 years and any recovery we are seeing is a natural occurance of a recession after so long. It could have been stimulated with different policies much sooner than now.
And yes rates will be rising ... already proved you wrong on that one ... even GF weighed in with even worse news and projections than what I saw on CNBC.
This may be the first president in HIStory that will have a net job loss during his administration. Jobs will eventually be created, but look at the jobs we lost under his watch.
And please do not say he inherited the recession ... yes he did ... just like Bush, just like Reagan ... it is what policies the next administration puts in place to change the direction.
Sorry to say, socialism will not be the answer and that is where we are headed. So you keep believing that nothing would be different under a different leader. You seem like a smart person and that was a very ignorant statement on your part.
