-Loto,
-I think the Jan call to court was an old news article. I believe the case has been dismissed.
-True that judge Carter in Sep 09 said he would take this case and would hear it in late Dec 09 or in Jan 10, ...even though many other Judges had already refused to hear the case.
-Right after his decision to hear the case, I took part in a betting pool to see when the judge would cave to pressure. Sure enough, in late Oct he decided that he would not hear the case. No one really knows why yet. Perhaps he will get a higher judicial position, perhaps he has skeletons, or perhaps he looked closely and decided there was no case.
-I have followed this case in numerous courts. I'm not necessarily a "birther" but I do believe that the President should show his birth certificate, ...if for no other reason than to show the birthers to be fools. The arrogance of refusing to show the certificate is beyound understanding. Why let this fester?
- Additionally, I believe Obama should allow access to his papers and grades at Columbia and Harvard, divulge how his tuitions were paid, and fill other gaps in his personal history. ...and of course, even worse than his unwillingness to level with teh American people is the media's unwillingness to pursue these issues.
