Robert Gibbs, Obama's Press Secretary, in statements on TV, comments on the execution of Khalid Sheikh Mohammed before Trial. Strange comments which KSM's attorney will play in court.

Obama gave KSM the full Constitutional rights of a citizen, but he's guilty until proven innocent. We would say that the defendant is innocent until proven guilty.

Then why have the trial at all? Why not execute KSM while he at Guantanamo and save $200M if it is as Gibbs says..
