It really doesn't even matter any more what things were like before. B.O. made lots of promises that he has been unable to keep (and you would think that most rational, sentient beings would have discerned this - but unfortunately , that is not what makes up the majority of the US) He now asks for more time, as his actions should lead to a turn around any day now. Even Castro has given up on Communism, and he has had 50 years of forced participation in that social and political experiment!! Enough to make Stalin and Lenin smile, but probably a sad smile...........That saying about insanity (more precisely, irrationality) - repeating the same failed procedure and expecting a different result??
