Wow ... and they keep extending benefits and the wizards in Washington do not think about the impact that has on small businesses like yours. Many are not able to handle the extra "tax" on their business and let more people go, or worse, close their doors.

I feel for those that can't find work due to the failed policies of Obama and the democrats ... but I also do not feel that extending unemployment to over two years as they are suggesting now. It was a 27 week program and now we are at 2 years and they are proposing 2.5 to 3 years. People many not be able to find a job equal to what they once had, but they will not take a job equal to or slightly more than unemployment as long as they have that free money coming in.

For those that support the extension ... my question is how long is long enough? Or do they want forever? The answer is to change the policies and create the incentives to create jobs rather than more entitlement and dragging along the bottom.

Now with the QE2, the weak dollar may help some exports, but rises prices on all imports, which as a country we import a lot. That raises prices on everyone which is just like another tax. Look at gasoline ... it has jumped almost 30 cents in the last month and will continue to go higher with the weak dollar. That hurts lower income people and the middle class the most.
