Percentage of the total waivers granted to unions = 40%

Percentage of unions that actively opposed Obamacare = 0%

Percentage of unions that actively supported Obamacare = 100%

Repeal and replace! By the way, number of states granted waivers = 4 (Taxachusetts, New Jersey, Ohio and Tennessee).
