Preaching to the choir on that. I really do not know we can afford to wait till Jan 2013. I can tolerate the various programs, assuming over time we can get a lot of that repaired.  But this spend, spend, spend without any concerns for tomorrow is just too dang serious and can't be allowed to keep going on.
