He simply does not understand that government does not create jobs ... so adding another czar will do nothing other than create a job for that position at tax payers (private sector) expense. He must have bad advisors ... how can anyone be this stupid? Or he thinks the American people are stupid.

Government "policy & taxes", then getting out of the way of the private sector creates jobs. KISS - Keep it simple stupid.
