I am confused. You mentioned Phil Gramm screwing up the economy but in an earlier post stated on September 3rd "Politicians have very little to do with ythe ups and downs of the economy other than around the edges." (I even left your misspelled word in so it would be EXACT.)
Your blaming of only republicans for things is myopic at best. Take a broader look at things like Time did. They listed 25 people and included the American consumer. I think their view is balanced and accurate.

Phil Gramm can't sign bills into law; President Clinton is to blame as well since he signed it. The list of 25 includes prominent people on both sides of the aisle, but please oh please just focus on one and make that person a republican. That way you can blame all you woes and the woes of the country on someone other than a democrat while beating your chest to proclaim your superiority to anyone who might not agree with your positions. Take a few breaths before you start attacking me rather than recognizing your slant to all things democrat and bashing/attacking anyone who disagrees with you or your candidate or your party.
Let the name calling and other Myopictect tactics begin.................
