You are absolutely wrong Archie. The earliest tracks when it was just north of PR, showed it heading to the east FL coast with a strong probability of entering the gulf or heading up north thru central Fl and into the gulf at the elbow. They NHC did not know if the Bermuda high was going to weaken and allow the storm to enter the zone between the Midwest High and the Bermuda high until late last week.
