I honestly don't believe any of it can be blamed on Trump, although of course, some will try. I know in the beginning I was quite skeptical about the whole thing, so I can't blame Trump for being the same. And if you consider the entire population of the U.S., not that many people are being reported ill.
I do think that the governors are probably in the best position to figure out what is right for that state. Except in Alabama... because I don't think that woman has a lick of sense, and I don't know how in the H*ll she ended up governor. I see where her advisor is recommending that they reopen just about everything immediately.
I don't know anyone that is sick- but having said that, every one I know is retired and is easily socially isolating and wearing their masks when they go out. A lot of them have adult children and no one has mentioned that their kids were sick either. Back at Christmas I was sick - I thought it was the flu, although I had a flu shot. Now I wonder. I was terribly ill with a high fever and horrible body aches and headaches for about 5 days and then it took another 5 days before I had any stamina. Did I have some strain of the COVID?
