I actually think it's more of an integrity problem than an IQ problem (with Hank Johnson being a possible exception). But you are correct in that it is an issue that crosses the aisle. Dems don't have an exclusive claim on that even though their lack of integrity has been a bit more obvious, particularily over the last four years with the constant false narrative of Russis, Russia, Russia.
