Yes, it's precedent, but not new. That a state can't bring a claim for which it lacks standing. No, ranting by a Texas AG doesn't really carry any weight when it's in support of an argument not supported by any demonstrable facts. Alex Jones and his ilk may be able to lend you some support - that means nothing. We had an election. America determined that Trump was a one-term president.
