So until he actually moves he was still a resident, makes lots of sense why the dead can still vote in GA since their residence is still in the GA ground.
Shame the dems do so much to prohibit clean up the rolls of dead people and people who have moved out of state.
I agree with Antifatech, since all this new fangled technology could not have been thought of by the founders we should go back to in person, paper and quill voting like they did back in the good ol days. I do not remember any vote by mail, pony express, extended voting days from the history books.
