Personally I think it's Dr. Jill and Susan Rice but it's really hard to tell.  He simply reads and says what he's told to read and say without any thought.....primarily because his brain is so addled with dementia that he can barely function.  If his job weren't so important it would be amusing to watch......but it is and it's not amusing.  Pray to God we don't have a real crisis before he resigns to "spend more time with his family" or is removed with the 25th.
