Settled a $275M lawsuit with nBS yesterday. No details on the amount but we know litigation would have cost millions and the right jury might have awarded him hundreds of millions so I'm guessing 8 figures....maybe high 7. Three down, 13 or so to go. Funny how none so far have wanted to go to trial. I think because discovery would have vaulted the punitive damages through the roof.
