Well when teachers can generate $175M in revenue for the school I suspect they might have a leg to stand on compared to Saban. Unitil then, not so much. Having said that, I believe research scientists in colleges that generate a lot of grant money are pretty well compensated and don't have to teach. Research assistants are paid peanuts.
