Shutting down after only 1 month and at a cost of $300M.  What was blindingly obvious to 99% of America was apparently not obvious to Jeff Zucker et al.  No one was watching cnnBS at the price of ignoring their commercials.  So why would anyone pay $6 per month to watch?!?!?!?  Answer?  Almost no one.  10K users per day when their consultant predicted 2M.  Chris Wallace is out on his a$$ which is perfect justice. Meanwhile, FoxNews cruises along at the top of cable news week after week, month after month, year after year.  

Couldn't have happened to a worse company.....yes, I am gloating.....and its glorious.
