If the president declared them unclassified, no matter what residual markings they might have, they are unclassified.  When he was POTUS and CinC, he had the authority to do that.  As Hound said, much ado about nothing.  Just another insidious attempt by your Democrat colleagues to keep him off the 2024 ballot.  You pee in your pants at the possibility that he will once again face Biden because you know he will win.  And that is from a voter who would rather see Ron DeSantis as the Republican nominee.
