Since he has half a brain he probably actually thinks it is true.  The real President, whoever he/she/it/they/them is, are falling back on the old playbook of trying to scare seniors.  No, none of them believe it anymore because the left no longer controls the narrative.  But they are desperate and rightly so.  It won't work because people are worried about the direction we are going in as a country, inflation, interest rates, etc.  They don't give a flying crap about this last minute scaremongering because they are already scared about real issues.
