Biden laughing and joking about ice cream, just prior to speaking about the killing of 3 children and 3 adults in Nashville.  Biden laughing when a reporter asked him if he thought the Nashville shooting was a hate crime.  Biden needed a handler to walk down a ramp and greet factory workers.  Needs a mark on the floor to show him where to stand.  Biden lookes confused and not sure waht to do.  Ant that is just this week.
