It has broken $1.50 a gallon much faster than I expected. Today I filled up at a station with regular at $1.479

Even with the recent projected moves by Opec, I think oil is headed below $30 a barrel and that could bring gas under $1 again. Obviously demand is down, but Opec says they want to cut but reality is with the lower oil prices they need to sell more oil and the last thing they will do is reduce production which lowers revenue even if longer term it will rise again. It will take 4-6 months to have an impact and they don't want to wait that long.

This my friends is how you crush the Middle east .... destroy their revenue source. Drill, drill, drill as we introduce alternative energy.
