No one, not Scooter Libby nor Dick Cheney nor any of the people in the Bush administration outed any CIA agent!!! Do some simple research and you will learn that fact. Valerie Plame was outed by the CIA a decade before so the basic template of the entire business was intellectually bankrupt. So who told Robert Novak about Plame suggesting Wilson go to Nigeria? None other than Richard Armitage, the No. 2 at the state department. Libby's mistake was not remembering when he had a conversation with Novak, and all that is after Fitzgerald knew he was not the leaker.
