I am confused about all the news in the world these days. I had understood that the world would suddenly come together in a massive love fest once we were rid of W and had Obama. Please note I am NOT saying any of these are his fault. I am merely pointing out the absurdity of his campaign statements and the reality for those that actually believed him or hoped he would be correct. Let's review:

We have thousands of protesters in the UK wreaking havoc.

We have Hillary extending the hand of friendship to the Taliban and their response is to call her a lunatic and declare they will launch an attack on Washington.

We have the North Koreans test fire missiles, threatening to shoot down spy planes.

Iran is moving forward with their nuclear program and continues to call for the extermination of all Jews and the destruction of Israel and the U.S.

Russia moves closer and closer to a KGB dominated government and likely expansionist plans, particularly with the loss of oil revenue.

U.S. reporters in hostile countries are being arrested.

China launches an electronic war against the world hacking into over 1,000 sensitive computer systems of nations and businesses and declares they have a weapon that can take out our carriers with a single strike.

Folks, despite what we were told during the campaign it is still a dangerous world and we are sending diplomatic signals of incredible weakness ala the Carter administration which will only embolden our enemies.
