I do feel we need to find a way to "offer" healthcare "options" to those that need and want it. Provided they kick in some based on earnings (not just free) and they MUST MUST MUST be US citizens or here legally working toward that (no exceptions). But keep it in the private sector ... that is not broken and can and will do it cheaper than government. We do not need government controlling anymore of of lives and choices.

My employer provides and HMO (Kaiser). An excellent program and the cost the last two years has declined both for the employer and the employee share.
