I also pay close attention to the weather forecast due to the fact that it has dictated my work schedules. I have seen a pattern develop this year, EVERY time rain has been forecasted several days in advance, the power company drops the water at the first announcement of possible wet weather. This is not a once or twice time event, it has happened this entire Spring. Then, as the rain event gets closer the chances for rain have lessened or been removed from the forecast. Damn shame!
