I'm not positive what they are planning for Logan Martin and above, but APCO announced that Lay, Mitchell, and Jordon would not have another fall draw down until fall of 2009. That being the case, it would seem that releases from the upper reservoirs would be minimal unless it was needed for flood control. Be safe.
