If APCO has never owned the property and its not in a subdivison, then they will not take any steps for on land stuff and even some of the regs for closeness to the water....I was told this by the Dadeville folks last year when a house was erected less than 30 feet form the lake shoreline...was told the above....you can call them and find out the real answers to any piece of property...it sint a balnket
