I have to disagree with LTL on this one. APCO has only been running 1 turbine 2-3 hrs a day for the past three weeks and none on weekends.

I'm not sure why all of a sudden they need to be running 3 turbines for 5 hrs a day.

And please spare me the line that it is "their lake" -- I think we need a better explanation of the need to go to 476 (or lower). What about the intakes for Alex City city water needs?

Seems to me they should be in major conservation mode for the winter rains that may not come.
